About Marshall-Pilgrim-Cranston Family
Please sign in to see more.
This site is about the Pilgrim, Marshall and Cranston families, as well as many others.

The site is a work in motion, it takes time to do research and fill in the blanks. Thanks to the discovery of a couple of cousins, it may move along much faster now.

I finally have more information on the Cranston family. I have been doing some updating at another site (Ancestry.com) and have to transfer the GEDCOM to this site. My wife Debbie has a long north eastern heritage and I am glad to be adding that information.

Hopefully we can document our past to hand it down to our families for preservation. It just lets the world know we are here and we remember those who came before us.

If you have additional information you would like to have listed, please e- mail the information to me and I will add it.

I am looking for information and historical information concerning the Marshall family in the Portsmouth area.

First names to include:
 Jerome Vinal 1909-1960
 Charles R. 1884-1935
 James F. 1846-1910
 Benjamin F. 1814-1884
 Walker 1786-1878
 Joseph 1734-1805
 Thomas 1706-1778

I could use some help on the Holden family (moms family) as they are difficult to trace.

This site is so important. It allows us the opportunity to reflect on the past as well as the future. It leaves something for our children to help understand where they come from.

If you visit the site and you are remotely in our lineage, please let me know so we can share information.

11/22/2011 I have more updated information with additional older photos coming. Stay tuned for the new stuff. Always remember 9/11/2001!

Thanks for your help.
                                                                                      David

Be sure and click "photo index" below, some great photos not shared before and more will be added. Be sure and click photos twice after you select one as some of them can be viewed larger then the original.

I am pleased to announce that we have finally located Viola Dean Holden and her family!

Getting Around
There are several ways to browse the family tree. The Tree View graphically shows the relationship of selected person to their kin. The Family View shows the person you have selected in the center, with his/her photo on the left and notes on the right. Above are the father and mother and below are the children. The Ancestor Chart shows the person you have selected in the left, with the photograph above and children below. On the right are the parents, grandparents and great-grandparents. The Descendant Chart shows the person you have selected in the left, with the photograph and parents below. On the right are the children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Do you know who your second cousins are? Try the Kinship Relationships Tool. Your site can generate various Reports for each name in your family tree. You can select a name from the list on the top-right menu bar.

In addition to the charts and reports you have Photo Albums, the Events list and the Relationships tool. Family photographs are organized in the Photo Index. Each Album's photographs are accompanied by a caption. To enlarge a photograph just click on it. Keep up with the family birthdays and anniversaries in the Events list. Birthdays and Anniversaries of living persons are listed by month. Want to know how you are related to anybody ? Check out the Relationships tool.
